All associates also have coverage under Accident and Life Insurance policies, which helps to provide security to associates and their families.
Education and Learning
Associates are encouraged to learn and grow, which is why such emphasis is placed on higher education. Hewitt’s Education Assistance Program assists associates through reimbursement of their tuition fees.
Retirement
It is important that associates are secure and provided for even after separation from Hewitt upon retirement. Provident Fund and Gratuity are paid as per laws governing PF and Gratuity in India.
